We understand that potential difficulties could arise due to culture differences. We provide training for American employees, both technical and cultural education, to help them understand Korean culture. We also provide training for overseas dispatch employees to help them understand American culture. The technical training will cover the basis of semiconductor design and fabrication processes in semiconductor industry. We hope to prevent conflicts between labor and management through private training and continuous management of local employees.
